由于现在汽车的数量不段增长,而汽车尾气的大量排放,造成空气污染,也就成为人们所需要关注的焦点。本课题设计一个汽油机喷油系统,可以减少尾气排放,大大降低尾气中含有的有毒物质,从而可以减少空气污染。
本设计主要是将汽油机的带步进电机的怠速执行器提供一个旁通的进气通道。当节气门关闭时,空气通过这个旁通通道进入发动机。ECU可以通过一台步进电机调节这个旁通通道的截面积,进而调节进入发动机的空气量,并根据空气量调节喷油量。怠速时通过增大或减少这个旁通通道的截面积提高或降低发动机转速,实现发动机怠速转速的闭环控制。从而达到控制尾气排放的目的
本设计以MOTRONIC-1.5.4发动机为例介绍了电子控制系统的原理、基本组成、基本功能和控制策略。这个系统两类配置的差别及故障诊断的原理、系统维修安全事项及诊断排查步骤,并以装配AFE发动机的桑塔纳轿车为例,详细阐述了几种常见故障的诊断步骤。
