然后本文从货币政策的目标、货币政策工具选择与货币政策传导机制三方面分别分析了我国货币政策有效性的情况，提出我国货币政策有效性存在的问题。并根据存在的问题，分析了我国货币政策弱化的原因，包括货币政策工具运用不充分、货币政策传导渠道不完善与相关政策不协调。
最后，根据存在的问题以及原因，提出了增强我国货币政策有效性的对策建议。
