首先,你的移民申请很不幸没通过,还需要等待.主要原因就是不能为你办理签证,因为现在申请签证的人太多,没有合适的"签证号码"(visa number)签给你.(签证号码的数量是有限制的.)像F3和F4这种类型的签证恐怕更要等上几年才会有.
