先生于1989年6月17日至2000年10月26日在我酒楼厨房部任中餐部担任高级厨师。先生任职期内每日负责之工作,包括:
制作特色菜肴,
监督出菜的外观及品质:

指挥厨工之厨房清洁工作及检查厨房环境卫生;
指导员工食品及原料存放方法及地方;
检查食物原料存放位置的温度;
根据生产需求,筹划员工值班时间表;

先生须偶然:
参与会见客人,并根据客人成本及要求,设计筵席菜单;
负责培训员工在厨房内所有基本工作及技术,例如厨房清洁及卫生,食物准备程序,包 括蔬菜清洗,肉类切配及烹调辅料;
向楼面部介绍新增菜式;
根据季节特点,设计时令菜式

在任期内,先生须负责管理厨房部大约40个员工及应用以下厨房电器等厨具:
