Employees shall therefore avoid any activity, investment or interest that might reflect unfavorably in the opinion of Kuehne & Nagel upon the integrity or good name of themselves or of the company.
3.2. Payments, accommodations, gifts and gratuities
a) Payments
To give and to receive payments is strictly prohibited.
b) Accommodations
Accommodation cost for a Kuehne & Nagel employee shall be at Kuehne & Nagel’s expense. However, if an employee in connection with entertainment or other activity is invited to an overnight stay at the host’s expense, the invitation may be accepted if it will serve a useful business purpose. 3.2。付款，住宿，礼品及酬金
a）支付
给予和接受付款，严格禁止的。
二）住宿
房租为一德迅雇员的费用应在德迅的费用。但是，如果与娱乐或进行其它活动的员工请一个在主机的过夜的费用，邀请可以接受，如果这将成为一个有用的商业目的。该项入学需要对国家管理的事先批准。
三）礼品及酬金
政府的政策是不给予或接受礼物和酬金的上述“名义价值”。
标称值被定义为100瑞士法郎金额年利率所有礼品和来自同一供应商酬金。
给予或接受礼品，在“价值超过票面价值约满酬金”可以允许在特殊情况下，但是需要全国经理的批准。
对于情况下，德迅意图来送礼物，并在“价值超过票面价值约满酬金”比巴多瑞士法郎1.000给客户，客户或其他第三方来自SGI房委会的批准是必要的。
