回答thank you,thanks 之类的感谢的话的时候的意思是不用客气。
not at all还有个意思是完全没有，一点也没有，这时的问句可以是do you like this book?

Thank you或Sorry都可以

回答别人的道歉时

not at all 意思是 一点都不
比如；A lot of people misunderstood me,because they don't know me at all.
