VISTA有这几个启动项，有没有高人告诉我这是关于什么的？

那几个暂无建议的启动项我在百度上也没搜到。有没有高人告诉我是什么？能不能禁用？谢谢了
都能禁用，也没什么反应。就是那个{28的那个禁用不了，而且电脑的启动时间从30多秒涨到了一分半钟。怎么回事啊？高人救我啊

不是系统组件，可以全部禁止

pcalua.exe是windows的系统文件，Windows程序兼容性助理(Program Compatibility Assistant)的一个组件而已。
