1.事件描述：
客户在对HCT smashbox湿粉饼订单CA-6923A验货时发现很多不良产品，每个色号都有
出现铝盘变形、粉面破损、粉面上有外来异物、铝盘放置不平整、刷子不良等不良情况。
2.产品状态：
目前客户已特殊放行了这批货。
3. 原因调查：
（1）铝盘变形的可能原因有两个：
A.由于来料时包装过多（1箱中装有3袋，1袋装有1000个铝盘），导致放置在底层的铝盘由于承重过大，可能造成部分铝盘变形；
B.脱包间在将铝盘从外箱中脱包时未注意轻拿轻放，或者堆放过高，也可能早成铝盘碰伤或压变形。
（2）粉面破损的原因为员工在将铝盘放置到容器中时，由于作业不仔细，手指套将粉面碰伤，包装前员工也未发现此问题；
（3）对不良品进行查看后，推测粉面上有异物的可能原因有以下两点:
A.粉面上细小的纤维可能是容器上本身带有，也可能是空气中的尘埃在包装时掉落到粉面上；
B.粉面上黑色及亮的小屑可能为容器盖盖后盖子上的碎屑及镜片边沿的碎屑掉落到粉面上。
（4）铝盘放置不平整的原因分析：
A.生产过程中在将铝盘放置到容器中时，会在铝盘底部点上胶水后再将铝盘放入容器，以使铝盘与容器能贴合紧，由于用手指按压铝盘会很容易造成粉面被破坏，因此生产线采用将铝盘放入容器中盖上盖子后，将容器跌落在操作台面上来保证铝盘与容器贴合平整。
B.查看不良品发现铝盘一边高一边低，将不良品中的铝盘挑出，发现胶水未点在铝盘中间位置而是在铝盘边缘（如下照片所示），从而造成铝盘翘起。
（5）刷子不良的原因为来料不良，员工在包装时也未发现此不良现象。
4.改善措施：
（1）A．建议供应商改变铝盘的包装方式；
B. 对脱包间员工进行宣导，产品在脱包时应注意轻拿轻放，并且不要堆放过高。
（2）对生产线员工宣导，铝盘放置到容器中时应小心放置，避免手指套碰伤粉面，并且在盖盖子前须全检粉面外观，若有碰伤，应当作不良品隔离处理。
