随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织,在新形势下我国的企业在其发展中遇到了诸如管理薄弱、融资困难、信用不足、人才匮乏等一些问题。而从目前情况来看,企业的人力资源管理不完善是严重制约企业发展的一个重大问题, 此问题严重阻碍了中国企业的进一步发展。企业不得不保持动态的变革态势来在生存中求发展,企业不得不经常反思以不错过变革时机。因此,如何加强和完善我国企业人力资源管理是当前我国企业在发展过程中需急待解决的问题。在本文中,笔者对我国企业人力资源管理的重要性,人力资源管理存在的问题及对策进行了分析、论述,并在权力制约、提高企业家素质、增强企业凝聚力等方面提出了相应的对策。
