预防化疗病人便秘护理干预的效果观察
[摘要]目的 研究实施护理干预有无影响.方法 将63例化疗前排便正常欲行化疗的癌症患者随机分成两组，试验组和对照组。
对照组32例,对其进行常规护理;实验组31例瞩腹部按摩和多饮水的护理干预方式，对预防化疗病人便秘进行效果观察。结果 对照组便秘率 56.25% 试验组便秘率 19.35% ,2组比较,有显著差异(p<0.005) 结论 在实施化疗期间,进行相应的护理干预,可以有效预防便秘.
