近来，因特网已经进入了商业领域，网络就成为了新的商业环境。随着因特网技术的飞速发展，电子商务越来越趋于成熟并渗透到商业团体的各个领域，网上商务在技术上已经相当成熟，而且实用性非常强，市场潜力巨大。随着网上交易不断的趋势和客户的需求量的增大，虽然至今网上交易还存在着不足，不过为了使网上交易更为安全灵活，所以我们设计了网上商品交易系统。本系统采用简单又清楚的框架技术，体现了网上交易的基本运作模式，设计方案我们采用了ASP 脚本程序和后台数据库SQL Server 2000，Web服务器采用Internet Information Server 5.0(IIS 5.0)。本系统优点在于能快速准确的处理商品的进、销、存等业务，支持多种结算方式；能有效地规范市场运行方式，完善市场机制，形成了一个专业市场的新概念。其缺点就是系统功能简单，应用不是很广泛，美中不足。不过日后会不断完善的。
