i am gald to have you here, my topic is Are prizes neccessary for our learning? as we know, when we take part in some games, such as sports meeting , speech competition, if we win the game, we will get some prizes to encourage our hard working.

now we need to think more, is it neccessary? without any prize what will we do? be more lazier or lose our passion. at first, we need to think the reason why we work hard, just for win the prize or something else. we work hard in order to improve ourselves, to be the best we can be , to show the world .

for these resons make us to do good job, in this way the prize is not neccessary. however, in some cases, the prize works. it may encourage us, it show that our efforts are not in vain.it tell us that you can get something if you work hard.

every coin has two sides, it is up to you .
at last, i want to say , you need learn hard , forget the prize!
