去索爱官方网站下载，驱动之家也行，是英文的按照下面的步骤就行了。
1. Download the zip file to your computer. Remember where you place it.
下载压缩文件到电脑上,记住存放位置
2. Unzip the file to a temporary folder.
解压文件到临时文件夹
3. Open the Control Panel
打开控制面板
4. Open Phone and Modem options
打开手机和调制解调器选项
5. Select the Modems tab
选中调制解调器
6. Select 'Add…'
点 添加
7. Check the 'Don’t detect my modem …' option. Click 'Next'.
停止"不自检你的调制解调器",点'下一步'
8. Click 'Have disk' and browse to the temporary folder in step 2 and select the desired modem. Click 'Next'.
第2步,点"从硬盘安装",浏览临时文件夹,选择所需要的调制解调器,点'下一步'
9. Click 'Finish'. The modem is now ready to use.
点"完成",这个调制解调器可以使用了
