蛋白质和核酸变性的主要区别,有那位高手能系统的回答一下?

蛋白质变性:
溶解度减小(因为本来外面的亲水基团可能会被隐藏,而本来疏水的在里面的会出来)。粘度增加(因为由球状变为松散),空间结构改变,生物活性丧失,易被蛋白酶水解

核酸变性
生物学活性丧失,粘度减小(由线状变为团状),增色效应(因为能引起紫外吸收的碱基本来在里面,现在因为变性暴露出来),

如果说他们主要区别的话,应该就是形状,一个轴径比变大,而核酸则由轴径比大变为小。
